COVID-19 update: Client advice on what to do during the Coronavirus crisis

Video Consults

Speak to a vet online, from the comfort of your home

As part of the government’s plans to limit the spread of Coronavirus, the public are being urged to avoid social contact wherever possible. However, If your pet is due a consultation, we can arrange a video consult so you can speak to a vet without leaving the house.

How does it work?

The process is very simple, just follow these steps.

Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you’d like to arrange a video consultation.

Step 2: The receptionist will take some information from you and explain how the consultation will work. They’ll then arrange your video consultation over the phone (which includes taking payment).

Step 3: Your video consultation will take place at the arranged date and time. Your vet will advise you of the next steps you need to take.
